Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every By Simora order is thoughtfully prepared by hand.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and applicable fees) shipped within the United States.
Where do you ship?
At this time, By Simora ships within the United States only.
We look forward to expanding to additional destinations in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Are your products handmade?
Yes.
Every By Simora product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and care.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color or texture may naturally occur.
Why do some products have multiple sizes?
Some products are available in 2 oz and 4 oz options.
Our 2 oz size is perfect for travel, gifting, or discovering a new favorite, while our 4 oz size is designed for everyday rituals and is included in our Complete Ritual collections whenever applicable.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is unique.
We recommend reviewing each product’s ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes.
We are committed to creating products that are never tested on animals.

Preferred Pricing reflects the value of purchasing a thoughtfully curated Complete Ritual rather than individual products separately.
It’s our way of making the complete experience more accessible while maintaining the integrity of each collection.
What is a Ritual Keepsake?
Every Complete Ritual includes a Ritual Keepsake thoughtfully selected to complement your experience.
A Ritual Keepsake may be seasonal, practical, or simply beautiful. It is intended to extend the ritual beyond the products themselves and create a memorable unboxing experience.
Because each keepsake is thoughtfully curated, it may vary throughout the year.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Happiness Guarantee for complete details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
